Bloom Giveaway

Bloom Insider giveaways are offered as a fun benefit for members. Some giveaways are free to enter, while others require the redemption of Bloom Points. By entering any giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.
Eligibility
To enter a giveaway, you must:

Be a registered Bloom Insider member.

Be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Maintain an active member account in good standing.

Comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules.
Bloom Insider reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
Free Giveaways
Some giveaways are free to enter.
Each free giveaway may have a maximum number of entries per member. The entry limit, if applicable, will be displayed on the giveaway page.
Once the maximum number of free entries has been reached, no additional free entries may be submitted.
Bloom Point Giveaways
Some giveaways require Bloom Points to enter.

The required number of Bloom Points will be displayed on each giveaway.

Bloom Points are deducted immediately when an entry is submitted.

Each redemption creates one or more official giveaway entries, depending on the quantity selected.

Bloom Points redeemed for giveaway entries are non-refundable except where required by law or if Bloom Insider cancels the giveaway.
Multiple Entries
Unless otherwise stated on the giveaway page, members may enter a giveaway multiple times.
For point-based giveaways, each additional entry requires the applicable Bloom Point redemption.
For free giveaways, the maximum number of entries per member is displayed on the giveaway page.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected after the giveaway closes.
Unless otherwise stated, winners are chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
If multiple prizes are available, multiple winners may be selected.
Winner Notification
Selected winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Bloom Insider account.
If a selected winner:

Cannot be reached,

Fails to respond within the stated timeframe,

Is determined to be ineligible, or
-
Declines the prize,
Bloom Insider may select an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery
Prizes may be:

Mailed
-
Delivered electronically
-
Picked up in person
-
Redeemed through a participating business
Prize delivery methods vary depending on the giveaway.
Any taxes, fees, or expenses not specifically included remain the responsibility of the winner.
Prize Substitutions
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated.
Bloom Insider reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Bloom Points
Bloom Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bloom Points may expire or be modified in accordance with the Bloom Insider Membership Terms.
Bloom Insider reserves the right to adjust, remove, or correct Bloom Point balances resulting from system errors, fraud, or misuse.
Fraud & Abuse
Bloom Insider reserves the right to:

Remove fraudulent entries.

Suspend or terminate member accounts involved in abuse.

Cancel entries obtained through automated methods, multiple accounts, or any activity that compromises the fairness of the giveaway.
Entry Period
Each giveaway has an official opening and closing date.
Entries submitted after the published closing time will not be accepted.
Bloom Insider reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel any giveaway if necessary.
Privacy
Personal information collected during participation is used to administer giveaways, contact winners, and improve the Bloom Insider experience.
Member information is handled in accordance with the Bloom Insider Privacy Policy.
Changes
Bloom Insider may update these Official Rules at any time.
Any changes become effective upon publication on the Bloom Insider website.
